Exciting responsibilities you'll have:

The Physical Therapist leads physical therapy treatment aimed at improving muscle function, managing pain, and maximizing performance within the client's abilities. The PT supervises physical therapy assistants to ensure proper care implementation.

Evaluates client's function level through diagnostic tests
Assesses home environment for rehabilitation and suggests enhancements
Delivers prescribed physical therapy services at the client's home
Provides therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and physical agent applications
Evaluates and adjusts prosthetic/orthotic devices
Participates in care plan development and reviews
Records client progress and communicates with the healthcare team
Trains and supervises support staff in specific therapy tasks
Advises clients/families and collaborates with agency personnel
Completes necessary clinical documentation in a timely manner
Conducts functional assessments and revises care plans as needed
Performs other duties to meet Company objectives
