Duties:
- Develop, implement, and oversee wellness programs for residents
- Manage a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses and certified nurse assistant. Two or more years of staff management preferred.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines related to resident care
- Supervise and coordinate resident care plans
- Advocate for resident rights and quality of life
- Collaborate with medical professionals to provide critical care services
Qualifications:
Individuals must possess a minimum, LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) program from an accredited college or university, RN or Social Worker.
Your position's main purpose is to encourage and assist your team to provide compassionate and individualized care to our resident community.
Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to coach, inspire and supervise other personnel and be able to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the facility.
