    Description

    Overview: The Project Planning and Coordination Specialist integrates and tracks planning processes across subproject teams and departments. This role involves customizing and monitoring processes in Jira, ensuring project goals are met, and supporting project leadership through strategic planning and coordination.

    Responsibilities:

    Project Planning and Coordination:

    • Integrate and track planning processes with subproject teams and departments.
    • Customize and monitor project processes in Jira.
    • Develop corrective measures for goal deviations with project leadership.
    • Plan and support workshops with subproject leaders.
    • Assign, monitor, and ensure completion of work packages and maintain open issues lists.
    • Report project status to plant and project leadership.

    Methods:

    • Establish efficient methods for managing and controlling processes.
    • Organize production planning summaries and project meetings.
    • Ensure effective communication within and across subprojects.
    • Document project management methods for best practices.

    Processes:

    • Develop new processes to meet cost, milestone, and quality targets.
    • Coordinate and prepare meetings and documentation with subproject leaders.
    • Highlight deviations from established processes.

    Project Controlling:

    • Assign tasks and track open points to ensure timely completion.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Strong team orientation, flexibility, and persuasive power.
    • Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills.
    • Proficient in data management and organization.
    • Working knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
    • Experience with Jira customization and use.
    • Basic knowledge of Li-Ion batteries.
    • Preferred: German language skills, PMP certification, and PMO experience.
