Europe's largest aircraft manufacturer is currently seeking a full-time Commercial Real Estate Manager (m/f/d) for their location in Hamburg-Finkenwerder


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Management of tenants and lease contracts with external lessors, including market analysis with real estate brokers and negotiation with tenants and lessors
  • Responsibility for creating CapEx/investment expenditure decision templates for new lease contracts
  • Expansion and extension of existing lease contracts in close coordination with Airbus user representatives
  • Intensive support in the commercial real estate management of three real estate companies (based in northern Germany)
  • Point of contact for external and internal rental costs for Real Estate Germany
  • Operational commercial real estate management
  • Ensuring order and accounting processes and creating management reports.
