Monterrey Tile, a leader in the tile and stone industry, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead/Supervisor for our Chandler, AZ location to join our Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position reports to the Warehouse Manager and oversees activities in the Shipping/Loading department.
Lead small group, including delegating tasks, reporting absence, providing performance feedback and other duties as required
Set an example for all employees by working in a safe manner, abiding by all Safety policies and procedures, and using all assigned PPE
Monitor the safety of team members and colleagues and report concerns to the Operations Manager and/or HR Manager
Report major problems or concerns with processes, employees or equipment within the department to Operations Manager
Perform quality inspection on product leaving the designated area
Communicate deadlines to team members and provide handson support when there are operational delays
Provide courteous customer service to internal staff requesting services from the team
Work closely with employees to ensure the team is meeting production goals
Other duties as assigned
