Job Title:
Warehouse/ Stager Team Member


Position Objective:

The Warehouse/Stager Team Member is responsible for receiving, labeling and storing incoming shipments, assessing product for damages, keeping a concise record of inventory.

This role reports to the Inventory Control Specialist.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Load, unload, stack and scan products
  • Record incoming or outgoing products
  • Perform quality assurance checks on all products
  • Hand palletizing
  • Shrink wrap pallets
  • Packaging, boxing, labeling
  • Operate manual pallet jack
  • Ensures warehouse is maintained in an efficient, clean and safe manner
  • Assists in maintaining inventory counts
  • Reports stock levels to Supervisor
  • Communicate and follow YouBar's food safety commitment practices
  • Other tasks as assigned by Manager

Job Qualifications/Skills:


  • Ability to handle physical workload, including lifting at least 40 pounds and remain standing for periods of time
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Basic math skills
  • Work in a team environment
  • Ability to communicate with different departments
  • Hand dexterity for labeling and filling, fast and focused
  • Provide own water/slip resistant, steel toe shoes
  • Provide current food handler's certificate
  • Prior experience in a related role _preferred_
  • Work with the following food allergens without incident: eggs, milk, whey, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, seafood and other crustaceans

Pay:
From $20.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week


Experience level:

  • 1 year

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime
  • Rotating weekends

Ability to Relocate:

  • Industry, CA: Relocate before starting work (required)
