Revenue Operations Manager for Strategy - Woodside, United States - Oceanic Solutions
Description
What can you expect?
- You will support in defining and implementing the revenue strategy in collaboration with the Revenue Operations team and the Head of Customer Relationship Management & Revenue Operations
- You will develop and implement comprehensive revenue strategies and plans
- You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing revenue data to identify trends and opportunities
- You will create reports and analyze performance metrics for company and customer success
- You will take ownership of the entire revenue generation process, optimizing systems, processes, and workflows throughout the entire customer lifetime
- You will work closely with all interfaces to create, track, and report KPIs related to company growth, customer lifetime value, and other relevant metrics
What should you bring?
- You have at least 3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- You have a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
- You have experience in process design and optimization, especially in relation to the post-sales customer journey
- You have a strong knowledge of data analysis and interpretation and are proficient in some data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Hubspot reporting, business intelligence tools)
- You have relevant experience with go-to-market SaaS solutions and are familiar with sales processes
