We are currently looking for a full-time or part-time (30 hours/week) Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d) - Medical Technology for our headquarters in Berlin.

Your responsibilities

Processing all tasks related to order processing and customer service

Providing telephone support to customers

Receiving orders, handling returns, complaints, repair requests, order entry, data maintenance, creating contact reports, sending order confirmations and booking delivery notes
