- Minimum of 10 years' experience in the HVAC industry, with significant expertise in system installation, startup, and diagnostics.
- Extensive knowledge of modern HVAC technologies and equipment.
- Proven leadership and project management skills with the ability to mentor and develop teams.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Salt Lake City, UT, with a stable work history and strong professional references.
