Description

This role will play a key part in ensuring exceptional customer experiences, managing customer interactions, and supporting various aspects of our business operations and experiential events.

• Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Collaborating closely with the factory team to ensure seamless processing of customer orders.
• Keeping customers informed about the status of their orders and addressing any orderrelated queries.

• Crafting engaging and informative content to enhance customer communication and brand loyalty.

• Onsite support at events and trade shows, assisting customers with product inquiries, and facilitating sales transactions.
• Setting up and cleaning up event spaces, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for attendees.
• Reporting on the outcomes/results of events and making recommendations for future event opportunities.

• Proactively engaging with customers to gather feedback and insights, contributing to the improvement of our products and services.
• Identifying opportunities for upselling and crossselling to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Previous experience in customer service, customer success or retailcentric roles.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in the office 5 days a week.
• Familiarity with sustainable and ecofriendly practices is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.

• Willingness to work onsite at events, which may include evenings and weekends.
