YOUR TASKS:

  • Independent handling of commercial tasks in the field of facility management for assigned properties
  • Ensuring proper and complete invoicing of all services to our customers, including debt management
  • Procurement of property-specific services and materials, such as annual maintenance for facility management services
  • Preparation of cost reports for project managers and branch management

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Commercial education, e.g. as an industrial clerk / office manager / wholesale and foreign trade clerk or equivalent / Bachelor's degree in economics or equivalent qualification
