Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our team. The Construction Laborer will assist with various tasks on construction sites to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.

As a vital part of our crew, your commitment to punctuality, reliability, and positivity will contribute to the successful completion of our stunning swimming pool projects.

This position will be working on a small crew, and is part of a larger dynamic team that also work on the job sites at various stages of the projects.

Duties:

• Assist with loading and unloading materials
• Operate hand and power tools under supervision
• Clean and prepare construction sites
• Dig trenches, backfill holes, mix concrete, pour concrete, form & pour stair sections, trowel vermiculite or concrete, rough plumb pools under supervision, assist is assembling filter equipment, installing vinyl liners.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
• Knowledge of basic hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job
• Valid drivers license, and reliable transportation.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Certification in constructionrelated fields (e.g., OSHA 10)
• Experience operating heavy machinery such as forklifts or skid steers
• Basic understanding of construction

Primary Benefits:

• Competitive salary ranging from $22.00 to $35.00 per hour. DOE
