Position Summary:

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Project Coordinator

  • Integrative Health.

Responsibilities:


  • Provides basic to moderate coordination for all deparmental projects and activities. This includes coordinating projects while working/communicating with internal and external parties to organize and coordinate various components needed to initiate, run, and complete projects. Develops project schedules, prepares, processes, and tracks projectrelated purchase requisitions/supply inventory, reimbursements, expense reports, and related invoice payments.
  • Independently prepares and reviews documents, generating status/progress reports for ongoing and pending projects, including moderate analysis of findings. Outlines agenda, plans and prepares presentations, and composes various memos and letters. Reviews, edits, and obtains appropriate approvals. Responds to routine correspondences and refers nonroutine items to the appropriate party. Follows protocols as defined by the department and instiution's policies and procedures.
  • Organizes and coordinates schedules, activities, and special events. Coordinates preparation for events (checking and coordinating logistics and technical support, making food and beverage arrangements, etc.) and other related activities. May assist in special events planning.
  • Gathers and collects data from various sources, presenting findings as applicable. Researches problems, issues, and concerns, responding to requests for information. Assists in developing materials and presentations for training, educational sessions, departmental seminars, and other activities.
  • Manage the department's learning management system and course registration platform. This includes overseeing user accounts, course offerings, registrations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the system to support educational initiatives and training programs.
  • Assists in the onboarding and training of volunteers for the program. Reviews workflow and may recommend improvements if applicable to ensure appropriate cycle times and efficiency.
  • Responsible for entering monthly staff schedules, daily maintenance of sick days, PTO, etc. in Kronos Timekeeper, and follows up on missed punches, unexcused absences, and unscheduled hours.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

Effective oral, written, communication, interpersonal skills.

Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and must work and communicate effectively with both internal and external customers.

Ability to work within a team environment as well as independently. Time management skills and ability to work well under pressure. Ability to Project/Program manage and to multi task while paying attention to details.


Preferred Qualifications:

Project/Program management experience preferred.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements.

The salary range for the role is $67, $112,951.35 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need.

The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
