Assists the Registrar with organizing, directing and coordinating the responsibilities of the Registration Office.Responsibilities include managing the daily operations; overseeing office staff and ensuring efficient functioning of the office and its processes; responsible for customer service to students, faculty, staff and related constituencies; corresponding with students on various matters; articulating and enforcing College policies and procedures, responding to inquiries for information and making referrals to other campus units as necessary.
