VOLTARIS GmbH is the expert for all services in traditional and intelligent metering. As part of the VSE and PFALZWERKE group, we are the contact for energy suppliers, network operators, commercial and industrial customers. We also develop modular solutions along the entire process chain of the basic and competitive metering operation: device management, gateway administration, meter and energy data management for all market roles, as well as value-added services such as submetering, visualization, and control.

To support our IT/Information Technology team, we are looking for an IT System Administrator 1st/2nd Level Support (m/f/d) for our location in Maxdorf.

Your tasks:

Monitoring and error analysis of deployed systems

Tasks in the VOLTARIS ServiceDesk (1st and 2nd level support)

Identification and reporting of process and system malfunctions

Documentation of system architecture

Execution of application updates and hotfixes

Customer support and coordination of external consultants/software suppliers

Training of users

Assumption of partial tasks in internal and external projects

On-call duty
