Interim Controller
6 Month Contract
Onsite Position - Tampa, FL
Large REIT company in Tampa is seeking an Interim Controller to join them for a 3-5 month project. Position will be seated onsite 4 days a week. This is a 40-hour work week.

Responsibilities Include:

Oversee Accounting team.
Work directly with the CFO
High understanding of Yardi

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:

the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
licensure and certification requirements;
office location and other geographic considerations;
