Job Description:

As a Business Expert Sales and Service, you will be responsible for coordinating and controlling the PCM S4/HANA programme sub-area project in collaboration with various internal and external organizations.

You will also be a key point of contact for important users, clients, and vendors, and will work towards creating and implementing a system standard for manufacturing firms across different locations.

Additionally, you will provide support, training, and guidance to specialized departments, regional key users, and owners of global business processes.

This role will require you to work in a highly interdisciplinary and multicultural environment.

Your Profile:

Bachelor's degree in business informatics, engineering, or economics with a focus on project and change management, or equivalent training and relevant work experience
Relevant experience in introducing, optimizing, and managing business processes, with a focus on sales and service, and their business partners
Indepth knowledge and experience in change management and agile project management
Basic understanding of SAP S4/HANA, particularly the SD/MM modules
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills,
