    Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
    Assembly, scanning, e- filing, and workflow entry, reporting and due date tracking
    Print and assemble tax returns utilizing tax software tools to ensure all required deliverables are included in documents
    Open mail, scan, and forward to appropriate person
    Mail returns and extensions required to be filed by mail
    Supplier Setup and Payment Requests for tax service provider, tax payments, and tax research services
    Create purchase orders as required
    Process payment of invoices
    Respond to Internal Audit requests by gathering required information
    Get signatures and approvals as needed
    May also perform general administrative duties to support business as required
    Maintain & update tax calendar
    Maintain records to document internal controls compliance
    Maintain record of tax return approvals and filings
    Assist processing estimated tax payments
    Assist in gathering tax information - and workpaper support
