• Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant, including food service, kitchen operations, and customer service.
• Supervise and train staff members in food preparation, sanitation, and customer interaction.
• Utilize POS systems to track sales, manage inventory, and ensure accurate transactions.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Implement strategies to optimize customer satisfaction and enhance the overall dining experience.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain inventory levels and quality standards.
• Conduct interviews, hire new employees, and provide ongoing performance feedback to team members.
• Utilize communication skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and management.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire team members to achieve operational excellence.
• Handle cash transactions, manage basic math calculations, and oversee cash handling procedures in accordance with company policies.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability.
• Previous experience (3+ years) in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a similar fastcasual environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or related field preferred, but not required.
• Positive attitude, problemsolving skills, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and lead by example.
