Job Description: 3-Year Training Program in West Palm Beach

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our 3-year training program in West Palm Beach.

As a trainee, you will learn the ins and outs of tax preparation, bookkeeping, and assisting with year-end financial statements.

The training will take place in Darmstadt.

The program will begin on August 1, 2024.

Trainees will receive a starting salary of approximately $1,400 in the first year, with increases to $1,450 in the second year and $1,500 in the third year.

For those who meet the requirements, we also offer the option to complete the program in 2 years.


What We Look For:

  • Minimum of a good secondary school diploma
  • Strong grades in German and Mathematics
  • Interest in business and law
  • Punctuality and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Initiative and willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs is preferred
