Description

As an IT System Engineer*, you ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems in the areas of e-commerce, big data, and AI. You will be part of a 7-person team of cloud and infrastructure experts. We work agile and together for the best possible operation for our customers and maintain direct and friendly communication. Through regular meetings, we ensure knowledge exchange within the team and improve ourselves and our processes with retrospectives. Technologically, we are strongly focused on OVHcloud and AWS and promote the automation of infrastructure with a modern technology stack.

What you will be doing

  • You are responsible for commissioning, process monitoring, and compliance with service level agreements in close collaboration with our customers and our software development teams
  • You naturally optimize cloud infrastructures based on leading hyperscalers (AWS, OVHcloud) in terms of performance, availability, and security
  • You install our e-commerce solutions and the necessary infrastructure and put them into operation while ensuring smooth and failure-free deployment
  • You conduct cloud infrastructure audits with our customers and develop action plans
  • You also perform cloud migrations for our customers
  • You carry out comprehensive real-time monitoring and automation of system landscapes with leading state-of-the-art technologies
