  • Assist in developing and executing wholesale marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide marketing support and materials.
  • Plan and execute product photoshoots and manage retouching projects.
  • Support Market Week appointments through product videos, presentations, and showroom display assistance.
  • Create compelling marketing content for product launches, including features & benefits, online product descriptions, and photos, ensuring consistency across key accounts.
  • Coordinate production and distribution of branded items, digital assets, and instore collateral for wholesale partners.
  • Assist with tradeshows by coordinating booth setup and preparing promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to create and manage hangtags, care labels, and packaging, maintaining alignment with brand standards.
  • Facilitate communication with the Licensor's marketing team to align marketing strategies.
  • Provide administrative support including file organization, sample coordination, and management of marketing material inventory.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights within the wholesale landscape.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of marketing experience in the retail space, ideally with a lingerie or fashion industry focus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Thorough understanding of 360 marketing channels and brand consistency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Exceptional copywriting and communication skills.
  • Detailoriented with a proactive and problemsolving mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with NuORDER platform and/or Adobe Suite is a plus.
