Description

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
• Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus
• Answer phone calls and take reservations with proper phone etiquette
• Use the POS system, specifically Aloha POS, to manage seating arrangements and track table availability
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized lobby area
• Provide excellent guest services by addressing any questions or concerns
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations

• Previous experience in a hospitality or guest relations role is preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar pointofsale systems is a plus
• Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
