Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daytoday operations of the facility.
• Ensure all customer interactions are handled with professionalism and high service standards.
• Train and develop staff, promoting a culture of excellence and attention to detail.
• Implement efficient processes and standards to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Handle administrative duties, including scheduling, hiring, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Monitor inventory supplies and place orders as necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for both staff and customers.

Qualifications:

• Proven management or supervisory experience in a customer serviceoriented environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detailoriented with an aptitude for problemsolving.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or relevant certification is a plus.
• Proficient in using phone systems, PoS systems, and other office equipment
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus (Spanish and English)
• Familiarity with Dry Cleaning operations/services is an asset

Pay:
$70, $120,000.00 per year
