You meet the following requirements:

Completed degree in electrical engineering, technical computer science or possibly physics
Several years of experience in microelectronics development, preferably in a company in the automotive industry or its suppliers
Experience in requirements engineering, preferably using requirements management tools (e.g. DOORS, Polarion ALM, Jama)
Willingness to deal with technical standards for functional safety (ISO26262), cybersecurity (ISO21434) and general process models (Automotive SPICE)
Experience in modeling technical systems, e.g. with MatLab/SimuLink, PLECS or Verilog-A/SystemVerilog
Familiarity with hardware description languages (e.g. Verilog, Verilog-A, SystemVerilog)
Experience with CAD systems, preferably in IC design, as well as experience with measurement technology in the field of microelectronics
Experience in system design, analog/digital signal processing or embedded software development is advantageous
High level of independence and cost awareness
Teamwork, ability to moderate within a team, willingness to compromise and efficient communication
Good German and English skills

Analysis and evaluation of product requirements, support of other stakeholders in the collection and formulation of product requirements
