Hyperbaric Spa Assistant


Job Summary:

The Hyperbaric Spa Assistant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a relaxing, rejuvenating experience for guests at our luxurious hyperbaric spa facility.

This role involves assisting guests, maintaining the hyperbaric chambers and equipment, and promoting an atmosphere of tranquility.


Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a seamless checkin process, making them feel welcomed from the moment they arrive.
• Guide guests through the hyperbaric experience, explaining the benefits and process in a calm, reassuring manner.
• Assist guests in preparing for their hyperbaric sessions, providing plush robes, slippers, and any other amenities to enhance comfort.
• Monitor guests during treatments, ensuring their complete relaxation and attending to any needs that may arise.
• Maintain immaculate cleanliness and organization of the hyperbaric chambers, refreshing linens and supplies as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment according to spa protocols.
• Schedule guest appointments and manage the spa's reservation system efficiently.
• Answer incoming calls and inquiries about hyperbaric treatments and spa services with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Maintain accurate records of guest visits and preferences to personalize their experiences.
• Collaborate with the spa team to uphold superior standards of service and hospitality.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; training or certification in hospitality, customer service, or spa services is preferred.
• Medical experience or knowledge is desirable
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests.
• Passion for wellness and a genuine interest in promoting relaxation and rejuvenation.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities to manage multiple responsibilities seamlessly.
• Proficiency with appointment scheduling and pointofsale systems.
• Knowledge of hyperbaric therapy and its benefits is an advantage.
• Ability to maintain composure and problemsolve in a fastpaced environment.
