Ensuring the smooth operation of our IT landscape
Installation, (remote) maintenance and support of operating systems (Windows), databases (SQL), networks, backups
Implementation and further development of IT security and data protection
Rationalization and automation of IT processes
User support/1st level support, including Office 365, Microsoft Teams
