Preschool Director
$10,000/year - Part Time; Mostly morning hours

East Petersburg, PA


EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS


Minimum of associate's degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field.


Demonstrated knowledge of physical, social, and emotional needs of children and of learning experiences, which promote social integration, socialization, and learning readiness.


ESSENTIAL JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCES/ABILITIES
Minimum of 2 years experience working with children in a preschool setting.

Highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is able to coordinate schedules and daily activities and events at the preschool.

Must have the ability to work with teachers and parents in the preschool setting, as well as educators in the wider community as required to assist with the identification and development of learning plans for some children.

Ability to lift fifteen (15) to thirty (30) pounds frequently.
