Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daytoday operations of a program that provides care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Flexible schedule. Available on call as needed.
• Develop and implement program policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of highquality services.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of care professionals, including nurses, social workers, and direct support staff.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as nursing homes and home care agencies, to coordinate care for program participants.
• Monitor program outcomes and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
• Manage program budgets and financial resources effectively.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience working in an Assisted Living setting.
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the field of senior care or working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Financial acumen to manage program budgets and resources effectively.
• Knowledge of care services for individuals with developmental disabilities, including nursing home and home care settings.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Pay:
$15.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
