This is the right position for you if:

• You love to execute project development from concept through construction while working with others.
• You are seeking to mentor entrylevel architects.
• You enjoy business development.
• You want to grow into a senior leadership role.
• You have a proven record of strong design and detailing skills.
• You have a 4 or 5 year degree in Architecture.
• You have 27 years of experience in a design firm, with strong experience in design, construction documents, and construction administration.
• You are genuinely passionate about architecture.
• You have exceptional communication skills and thrive working in a team environment.
• You have excellent organizational skills.
• You have knowledge of design and construction programs like Revit, BlueBeam, Procore, Etc.

Salary Range:
$52, $85,000.00.
