    Job DescriptionSalary:

    JOB SUMMARY:

    North Fork Builders is a Bozeman, Montana based general contractor that specializes in thoughtfully designed and strategically executed residential and commercial buildings.     We are seeking a Project Scheduler to help track project progress, identify potential delays, and to help ensure that projects remain within scope. This position is partnered with the project management and field leadership teams.

    LOCATION:

    Our main office is in Bozeman, Montana. We have projects throughout the state from Whitefish to Big Timber. Some travel required for site visits and client meetings.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Obtain input from project team members, subcontractors, vendors and clients to support the development of baseline schedules
    • Update schedule progress and forecasting based on input from project teams
    • Facilitates schedule alternatives and construction practices to support project changes
    • Generate and provide detailed critical path method (CPM) scheduling to efficiently track and plan projects
    • Modify existing schedules and create additional schedules as needed to accomplish the project
    • Provides level of detail necessary to support project team appropriate to each phase of the project
    • Manages resource and cost loaded schedules with minimal oversight from a lead scheduler
    • Provides relevant project schedule information to field management team for the purpose of maintaining internal and external three-week look-aheads

    Knowledge of Building Codes

    OSHA 10 Certified

    REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

    • BS degree in Construction Management or equivalent OR five years of vertical construction scheduling experience required
    • Strong in person, phone and email communication skills
    • Time management and organization skills
