We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Data Entry Specialist II to join our team at Little Angels Christian Montessori Academy.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of data that has been inputted
- Creating data backups as part of a contingency plan
- Performing regular security checks to ensure data integrity
- Working closely with the team to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
Experience:
Microsoft Excel: 1 year (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Livingston, NJ preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Livingston, NJ 07039: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
