New GraduatesNew registered nurse (RN) graduates benefit from a comprehensive, personalized support system. All RNs in their first nursing role are invited to participate in a Nurse Residency Program alongside nursing orientation.
IU Methodist's A3North is a 29-bed Medical/Surgical unit where the focus is the care of patients with cardiovascular diagnoses including congestive heart failure, myocardial infarction, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
3North also focuses on the treatment of post interventional cardiovascular surgery patients including CABG, valve replacement, heart catheterization, and peripheral vascular surgeries such as revascularization and amputations.
