Position: Occupational Therapist (Full-Time)

Location: Medford, OR

Job Details:

Implement occupational therapy plans and interventions to support students' needs
Work directly with students, either individually or in small groups, to address occupational therapy goals
Collaborate closely with teachers and school staff to facilitate students' progress
Maintain accurate records and progress reports
Participate actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to contribute to individualized education plans

Requirements:

Oregon Occupational Therapy (OT) License
Annual medical check-up, up-to-date vaccinations, and TB testing
3 references required after the interview/offering process

Interview Process:
