  • Collaborating closely with team members and various departments to effectively resolve complex customer issues and escalations.
  • Maintaining an uptodate and indepth knowledge of our products to address customer queries and concerns efficiently.

Requirements:


  • Experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Proficient in data entry with an unwavering commitment to precision and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a dynamic, fastpaced setting.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer issues.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications or certifications in customer service are advantageous.
