Description
As our Accountant in our Accounting department, you will have the opportunity to assist in the day-to-day accounting responsibilities for a 500+ person operation.
Manage multiple entities.
Perform account and expense analysis.
Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
Post accrual entries and journal entries.
Prepare business license reporting.
File annual tax renewals.
Prepare financial statements.
Support month, quarter, and year-end close process.
Assist with reporting accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Contribute to ad hoc accounting projects as needed
Your Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.3 to 5 years of progressive Accounting Experience.
Experience managing multiple entities.
Highly detail oriented with strong, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, V-Look Ups, and Logic Functions.
Knowledge of finance, budgeting, cost accounting, cost control principles, and GAAP principles.
Ability to make fiscal projections based on historical trends, anticipated changes and/or goals.
Excellent organizational and follow through skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as an active participant in a team environment.
Must possess a keen attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
