- Location: Clearwater, FL, USA, (Candidates within a 50-mile radius of open locations will be considered)
- Role: HVAC/R Technicians
- Pay Range: ($50k-90k/Year)
- Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of experience repairing commercial refrigeration equipment. Preference given to candidates with experience in the supermarket industry
- License Required: EPA Type I & II or EPA Universal

- Maintain refrigeration and HVAC systems for a group of retail locations
- Repair equipment such as compressors, water pumps, air handlers, electrical and mechanical control devices in a safe, efficient, and timely manner
- Establish effective communication with Site Management to ensure they are informed of all ongoing maintenance activities
- Liaise with Site Management to ensure effective communication of planned maintenance activities and diagnose equipment malfunctions
- Provide timely job updates
- Proactively check for and repair refrigerant leaks
- Maintain all assigned assets to the highest standards
- Perform refrigeration/HVAC preventive maintenance checks as assigned
- Monitor and log refrigerant usage within assigned stores
- Maintain clean and safe conditions in machine and electrical rooms
- Communicate with retail store personnel as needed to maintain product integrity
- Participate in the company's after-hours emergency call program
- Assist with troubleshooting problems
- Complete equipment inventories as assigned
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
- Act in accordance with all company policies & procedures
