• Answer all incoming sales calls
• Respond to and follow up all internet leads in a timely manner
• Make follow up calls to unsold/sold customers
• Responsible for assuring customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for growing year over year customer retention and market share

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively multitask.
• Ability to encourage customers to schedule appointments.
• Excellent written and oral bilingual communication skills a plus.
• Determination to effectively followup with customers.
• Dependable Basic knowledge of computers.
