BIM Coordinator, m/f/d

.bieker is an architecture and general planning office with locations in Frankfurt and Budapest. With around 50 colleagues, we plan small and large projects in the areas of office, retail, industry, and residential. As a BIM Coordinator (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the successful implementation of BIM requirements from AIA and BAP in the project. You will regularly review the model quality in terms of structure, content, and attribution and ensure that our internal BIM guidelines are applied and met. You will be part of our cross-location BIM team and contribute to the continuous development and improvement of our .bieker BIM standards and their communication within the team.

What we expect from you:

  • Completed degree, e.g. in architecture, civil engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in planning and BIM application/coordination
  • Excellent Revit skills
  • Teamwork
