Your responsibilities at Roche Diagnostics:


  • Supervision and handling of smaller and mediumsized repair, renovation, and refurbishment measures from planning to acceptance
  • Clarification of orders with internal customers
  • Creation of time and cost plans
  • Clarification of orders, commissioning, and coordination of external specialist companies
  • Coordination of internal specialist departments
  • Compilation, review, and filing of necessary documentation according to internal guidelines
  • Preparation of internal reports on the status of work
  • Supervision of all work on site to monitor and comply with construction and safety regulations
  • Compliance with current regulations and standards/guidelines

What you should bring as a project coordinator:

  • Bachelor's degree (e.g. in construction management, architecture, building services engineering, engineering, or related fields)
  • Proven professional experience in construction management, project coordination/management
  • Expertise in construction technology, technical building equipment, structural and technical fire protection
  • Good communication skills
  • Good Excel skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of English is an advantage
