    Job DescriptionSales Manager - Metro Detroit Market

    Do you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and have a passion for leading high-performing teams?

    Our client, a leading manufacturer of high-quality colorants, is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join their growing team in the Metro Detroit Market. This full-time, direct-hire position offers the opportunity to lead a team of Sales Representatives while achieving your own ambitious sales goals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and motivate a team of Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the assigned territory
    • Conduct effective sales coaching and training to build team capabilities
    • Manage customer relationships, identify new sales opportunities, and secure new accounts
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and industry partners
    • Prepare insightful sales reports and forecasts to inform strategic decision-making
    • Collaborate with marketing and production teams to ensure seamless customer experience

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
    • Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience in the manufacturing, chemical, or related industries
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and achieving consistent revenue growth
    • Demonstrated experience in effectively leading and managing a sales team
    • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to travel regionally as needed
    • A self-motivated go-getter with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed
