We are looking for an experienced Payroll Supervisor/Manager to join our team in Seven Hills, Ohio.This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and excels in managing payroll functions for large organizations.

- Oversee the full cycle of payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage multi-state payroll processing for employees across various locations.
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now to administer payroll tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Process biweekly and weekly payroll for over 500 employees.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of payroll reports and records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address payroll discrepancies and resolve issues.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive payroll data.
- Implement best practices to streamline payroll processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with tax regulations and labor laws.
- Provide guidance and support to payroll staff as needed.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll management or supervision.
- Proficiency in full-cycle payroll operations, including processing and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with multi-state payroll practices.
- Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now and other payroll software such as Dayforce.
- Proven ability to process payroll for large organizations with over 500 employees.
- Strong understanding of payroll-related tax regulations and labor laws.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

FTEP employees also earn paid time off for vacation, personal needs, and sick time and paid holidays.The amount of Choice Time Off (CTO) received varies based on years of service and is pro-rated based on the hours worked per week.
A new FTEP employee earns up to 13 days of CTO and up to 10 paid holidays per calendar year.
