Your Mission

  • You will improve production processes in terms of quality, cost, work environment, and manufacturing methods by using coordinated methods and tools
  • You will act as the first point of contact for improvement ideas in existing manufacturing processes
  • You will optimize production costs and manufacturing processes
  • You will work closely with development, tool design, and manufacturing with the main task of achieving the necessary maturity in processes
  • You will support and lead optimization projects
  • You will be responsible for time management process evaluation
  • You will identify potentials and present measures for sustainable implementation

Your Talents

  • Completed technical studies or a comparable education, preferably in the fields of manufacturing technology, medical technology, or similar
  • Demonstrable practical experience in production or industrial engineering
  • Ideal experience with lean methods, project work, quality management, and problem-solving methods
  • Creativity and motivation in error analysis and resolution
  • Assertiveness, persuasiveness, and communication skills at all levels
  • Conscientious, independent, and responsible work in a team
  • Good English skills
