    The Receptionist will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other organization guests.

    Cirks Construction Inc. (CCI), dba KDC Construction, offers a competitive salary/hourly range of $20.00 to $22.00 per hour - reflective of the candidate's experience and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees:

    Essential Job Functions
    1. Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person's visit and directs or escorts them to the appropriate location.
    2. Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.
    3. Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
    4. Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
    5. Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.
    6. Responsible for working safely, both for self-protection and protection of co-workers, by supporting all Company safety efforts.
    7. Performs other duties as assigned.
    Education, Experience, and Skills
    1. High school diploma or equivalent.
    2. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
    3. Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
    4. Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills.
    5. Proficient with computers and familiar with Microsoft Software Suite.
    6. Demonstrates strong conflict resolution and negotiating skills.
    7. Strong organizational skills.
    8. Must be able to multi-task, have strong attention to detail, and have excellent time management skills to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
    9. Able to identify a need, remove the barriers, and know how to make things happen.
    10. Values diversity of ideas, opinions, and people. Has good common sense and applied logic.
    11. Must possess or be able to obtain an appropriate state driver's license before employment, along with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
