Enchanting rooms with four-poster beds, tasteful bathrooms, and loving details invite guests to enjoy their stay, cared for by friendly and attentive service staff.

Gourmet menus are served either in the stylish restaurant or on the beautiful Rhine terrace.

We are currently looking for apprentices to join our team as HOTEL SPECIALISTS (m/f/d) starting in 2024. A mid-year start is also possible. During your apprenticeship, you will rotate through all departments of our hotel.

You will learn how to behave as a host towards guests, how to welcome and take care of them, and how to serve food and drinks.


Your practical training will take place in our establishment, while the theoretical content will be taught 1-2 times a week at the vocational school in Boppard.

The minimum requirements for this position are a minimum age of 17 and a high school diploma.

The working hours consist of a flexible, but regulated 40-hour week, with shifts between 7:00 am and 11:00 pm. If needed, we can provide accommodation and meals.
