The Leasing agent we are looking for should possess the following qualities but not limited too:

- Outstanding sales and Closing skills
- Traffic Generator & Self starter
- Energetic attitude
- Displays a high level of integrity and professionalism
- Have Marketing know how
Responsibilities consist of but not limited to:
- Answer and make phone calls to prospects and tenants
- Coordinate marketing efforts to attract motivated prospects
- Schedule and show the property
- Assist with onsite marketing efforts when need be
- Putting together Leases for new tenant's and renewals
- Help in coordinate move ins & move outs
