What are we looking for?:

Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 15 years) work experience.
  • 10+ years' experience in data architecture, integration, API management, and crossplatform activation.
  • Proven experience as an Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Architect or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful Adobe implementations.

Technical Skills and Expertise:


  • Ideally, indepth knowledge of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Offer Decisioning Engine (ODE).
  • Excellent problemsolving, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ideally, certifications in Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, and/or Offer Decisioning Engine are highly desirable.

Language Requirement:


  • Proficiency in English is required for this position, as it will involve regular interaction with stakeholders in the US and other Englishspeaking countries.
  • Due to the significant volume of interactions with Englishspeaking stakeholders inherent to this position, English proficiency is a musthave requirement.

Key responsibilities include:


  • Designing and implementing robust architectures for AEP, integrating AJO, CJA, and ODE to support personalized marketing strategies, customer journey analytics, and realtime offer management.
  • Leading the technical aspects of Adobe solution implementations, including data modeling, data ingestion, and activation processes across channels.
  • Collaborating with marketing, analytics, and IT teams to ensure Adobe solutions meet business requirements and are aligned with company objectives.
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of AEP, AJO, CJA, and ODE capabilities, staying updated with new features and best practices.
  • Providing technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Managing the endtoend lifecycle of Adobe projects, from requirement gathering to solution design, implementation, and postlaunch support.
  • Ensuring data privacy and compliance standards are met within the Adobe ecosystem.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to Adobe implementations.
