- Serve as the main technical consultant on intricate technology projects.
- Supervise the advancement and maintenance of Microsoft Modern Workplace tools and technologies to boost collaboration and automation throughout the organization.
- Manage technical personnel to guarantee the efficient administration of Microsoft services, such as deployment, migration, maintenance, and continuous release planning.
- Apply excellent analytical skills to resolve conflicts, prioritize tasks, and establish consensus across different departments.
- Oversee additional automation and collaboration apps as delegated.
- Required: Bachelor's degree in business or computer science, or equivalent work experience.
- Desired: College degree in technology-related fields. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- Proficiency in SharePoint Online migrations, Power Apps, Power Automate, Teams, Microsoft EA licensing, and M365 release management.
- Demonstrated capability to establish, document, train, and uphold strong governance practices for intricate enterprises.
- Familiarity with Organizational Change Management theories and the formation and delivery of training plans linked to the M365 platform.
- More than 5 years of experience with extensive exposure to IT systems/processes, programming/engineering, or IT project management.
- Thorough comprehension of systems analysis, design, and implementation in a corporate setting, as well as design thinking and agile software delivery principles.
- Experience in system analysis within a corporate environment.
- Over 2 years supervising or leading IT projects or project management procedures.
- Over 3 years operating in or collaborating with agile software delivery teams.
- In-depth knowledge in design and application development on various systems.
- Ability to lead through influence and achieve outcomes through collaboration.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Effective time management skills.
- Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Efficient problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of diverse IT principles, practices, and procedures.
- Proficiency in computer hardware, operating systems, and SQL Server and/or DB2.
- Robust planning, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps, Project Web App, and Server SharePoint.
- Programming expertise in at least one language.
