    Description

    Baleen Process Solutions is recruiting a Pipeline Service Project Manager Estimator to join a market leader specializing in temporary water treatment systems for the offshore oil and gas industry. This specific position requires experience in the pipeline industry including pumping, pigging, hydro static testing and dewatering. Candidate will have 2 to 10 years' experience in the pipeline industry but will also have responsibilities in the design and management of well flow back and produced water applications. Successful candidate to be located in either the Houston, Texas or the Scott, Louisiana office.

    Responsibilities:

    · Participate project quotes and develop detailed operational plans.

    · Oversee and develop project working with sales, engineering and SMEs to providing complete procedures to operations for implementation of project.

    · Develop P&IDs, Safety diagrams, Safe Charts and layouts.

    · Establish and implement detailed project procedures.

    · Work closely with operations to successfully complete project.

    · Develop Post-Job Reports and work with cross functional team to review lessons learned.

    Qualifications:

    · Engineering degree preferred.

    · Pipeline experience including pumping, pigging, hydro static testing and dewatering of offshore and onshore pipelines.

    · Experience in the offshore oil and gas industry.

    · Strong interpersonal skills to work with customers, sales professionals, engineers and SMEs.

    · Experience developing process flow diagrams, layouts using Visio.

    · Dynamic individual to work in a very creative fast-moving organization to develop unique processes to solve customer problems.

    · Honest hard-working individual to work in a very flexible work environment.

    · Must be able to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
