- You will engage with donors, answer calls, and ensure their safety and that of our team.
- Screen new and repeat donors, record vital signs, and test blood samples.
- Utilize donor information systems, organize records, and manage donor compensation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes using approved protocols.
- Support donors by working various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform various movements.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Capacity to lift weights and maintain focus even with distractions.
- Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
